We do however have some plans that we consider "Stock Plans". These plans are available at discounted prices. Let us know how many square feet, location of Garage, how many floors you wish to have and we will compile a number of plans that may suite your needs.

Of course, we will custom design your new home from scratch, just send us pictures, drawings or anything you might have to help us get started; we will prepare a Proposal and its off to the drawing boards ...that's right we really draw the plans, we are professional Designers and General Contractors.

We plan the structure, interior, exterior, Kitchen and electrical, not to mention Media/Computer/Library/Prep-Pantry/ and even water features. Perhaps you would like a drawing of your Kitchen prior to having the new work done ...no problem, it's called a perspective or rendering. We can produce most any type of specialized drawings, exterior or interior.

We always use our knowledge of Feng Shui in each building.
